We replace water heaters rather than repairing them. On a unit that has failed, the parts and the labour usually cost more than the machine is worth.

A hidden leak has two parts: finding it and fixing it. Finding it can take diagnostic work, so that part is billed for the time and materials it takes. Once we know where the leak is and what has to come apart to reach it, we can price the repair.

Shutting off your home’s main water supply may limit the damage while you wait. Call and we will tell you the earliest we can get to you. We do not offer 24/7 emergency service. Our team works scheduled hours, Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm.
Every home is different, and your main shutoff may not look like the one in the video. Do not force a valve that will not turn, and do not enter an unsafe area to reach it. If you cannot safely shut off the water, contact your local water utility.
